How can I get a refund?
Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com. Tap or click "I'd like to,", then choose "Request a refund.". Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next. Choose the AllNotes, then choose Submit.

How do I access my subscription on a new device with AllNotes?
Accessing the AllNotes on multiple devices is seamless. Simply create a AllNotes account using your preferred email or sign in with Apple ID or Google, then log in on your new device. It's important to note that your subscription is independent of your AllNotes account.
How do I create a AllNotes account?
Creating a AllNotes account is easy. Open the app and you will be shown several options to sign up, choose your prefered options and an account will be created.
Have trouble logging into your AllNotes account?
If you're having difficulties logging in, try resetting your password from your Account Settings.
How can I delete my AllNotes account?
For those with a AllNotes account, go to your Account Settings and select "Delete Account."
How can I switch to a monthly or annual subscription on AllNotes?
Easily change your membership by accessing the Subscription settings on your iPhone. Open your iPhone Settings, tap the first capsule that has your name, then tap Subscriptions, and then find the AllNotes.
Does the AllNotes offer a Family Plan?
At the moment, the AllNotes does not offer Apple Family Sharing.
Is there an Android version of AllNotes?
No, we do not have an Android version. We currently only have an iOS version.
